Healing Hoops Chakra Journey

~ Specific chakra focus and intentions weekly.

~ Explore aspects of our subtle energy bodies and the relation to our physical and emotional bodies.

~ Explore Holistic Healing and Balancing tools and techniques that speak to you (color therapy, aroma therapy, breath-work, visualization, crystals, essential oils, journaling exercises, affirmations, reflexology, massage and more)

~ Circle-style discussion share with weekly ‘homework’ assignments and take-home materials.

~ Incorporate the physical body in a movement-meditation instructed hoop dance.

~ Connect with an intimate group of like-minded individuals.

~ Tap into your own wisdom, trust and creativity.
