The Charleston Light Opera Guild will present a holiday treat for the entire family, Miracle on 34th Street.
The musical is adapted from the 1947 award-winning 20th Century Fox holiday motion picture staring Maureen O’Hara, John Payne, Natalie Wood and Edmund Gwenn. 20th Century Fox reprised the movie in 1994 with actors Elizabeth Perkins, Kylan McDermott, Mara Wilson and Richard Attenborough. The films were based on the novel by Valentine Davies.
Performances are scheduled for December 19, 20, 26 and 27, 2014 at 7:00 pm and December 21 and 28, 2014 at 2:00 pm in the Culture Center Theater at the West Virginia State Capitol Complex, 1900 Kanawha Boulevard East, Charleston, West Virginia.
