The Hug Your Baby program helps you to understand not only your baby’s inner world but also how to identify your baby’s needs. Babies certainly communicate but we need to speak their language! They talk with their bodies and you can learn to “hear” and understand their body talk. You can learn to prevent and solve problems around eating, sleeping, crying, and getting to know your baby! The instructor is a Family Nurse Practitioner and also a Certified Hug Your Baby Trainer.
